The Batavia Kiwanis Sponsors a Builder's Club at Rotolo Middle School. Builders Club is an international student-led organization providing members with opportunities to perform service, build character, and develop leadership. It is the largest service organization for middle school and junior high students, with more than 45,000 members worldwide. 


RMS Builder's Club meets every other Thursday after school. So far this year the club has made bracelets for our Troops, made ornaments for the Kiwanis Family Tree for Batavia's Celebration of Lights, and future events include field trips to Feed My Starving Children.

They have also made place mats for the Thanksgiving dinner at Lazarus House in St. Charles. They also work with United Way on the Christmas project in Batavia. Touring, working and donating to the Humanitarian Services Project in Carol Stream for Thanksgiving, Preparing lunches for the families at Lazarus house and having a speaker talk to the kids about what Lazarus House is and how they can get involved.
